Hardship Assistance

The Club at Carlton Woods Foundation Hardship Assistance Program is designed to provide financial assistance for CW Employee Partners who are experiencing an acute, short-term hardship.

The Applicant must be an employee, in good standing, with at least one year of tenure. 

The hardship application will be for immediate needs resulting from an incident within the past 60 days. All payments will be made to vendors directly on the employee's behalf. 

The hardship must be caused by an unforeseen and unpreventable circumstance. 

Assistance from The Club at Carlton Woods Foundation should be requested after all other resources have been exhausted. 

Employee Partners must fill out the online application and follow up with HR to finalize; harship assistance may be up to $1,500 per incident.
